Barbara Demetriou – Founder & Head of Tax

Barbara founded Archimedia with one clear mission: help people build wealth the way she built her own. With over 30 years in tax planning and a successful property portfolio under her belt, she knows what she’s talking about. She’s passionate about passing that knowledge on.

What makes Barbara different? She sees how your financial choices ripple through everything else you’re trying to accomplish. Rules are just the starting point for her. Kirsty | Client Manager & Management Accountant

Kirsty spent most of her career as a Finance Manager, so she knows the ins and outs of management accounts, payroll, and VAT returns. Here’s something you might not expect: she was once Head of a Chemistry Department at a senior school. If she can handle that, she can handle anything.

As a Client Manager, Kirsty makes sure every client has a brilliant experience from start to finish. Outside work, she’s all about family holidays and creating memories with her husband and two children.

Viktoria | Bookkeeper & Management Accountant

Viktoria moved to the UK 13 years ago after earning her Economics degree in Lithuania. She’s built impressive experience in fast-paced finance departments across international telecommunications and logistics companies.

AATQB qualified, she handles day-to-day bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT returns (including for our e-commerce clients). She loves the variety and problem-solving the role brings.

Outside the office, Viktoria is a proud mum of two. She enjoys getting creative with crafts, tackling sudoku puzzles, and diving into DIY projects. Though she admits many become “joint efforts” with her very patient husband.

Jill | Accountant

Jill has worked in accountancy for around 30 years after “falling into it” after school. She’s found her perfect home at Archimedia. Why? Because we share her passion for genuinely caring about clients rather than just preparing accounts because HMRC says so.

She’s a caring person at heart, devoted to her husband Steve, daughters Brooke and Katie, and her three grandchildren who she absolutely adores. Her other great love? Sunderland AFC (though she’d be the first to tell you that’s not always easy).

Chloe | Bookkeeper & Management Accountant

Chloe has a real passion for helping clients reach their full potential. She focuses on making sure everyone understands the work we do and always feels heard, supported, and valued.

Her day-to-day involves Year-End Accounts and VAT, and she genuinely enjoys the problem-solving side of things. She’s a friendly voice on the phone and always happy to chat.

Outside work, Chloe spends her time with her two young children. Usually at parks or soft play centres!

John | Business Development Manager

John studied Economics at the University of Nottingham before diving into banking in London. It was a fast-paced start, but he eventually realized he wanted something more personal. Somewhere he could build real relationships and make a genuine difference.

That’s what brought him to Archimedia. John loves working with business owners, understanding what makes them tick, and connecting them with accounting support that actually helps them grow. Not just tick a box for HMRC.

Clara | Accountant

Clara worked at several accountancy practices before finding her roots at Archimedia, where she focuses on Year-End Accounts and Management Accounts.

Her favorite parts of the job? The problem-solving and helping clients feel in control of their finances. Outside work, Clara loves art and spending time with friends. She has a loving husband and a little daughter at home.
